Craft Night: Gratitude Trees or Folk Drums

Want a 20-minute escape? Reflect on your blessings at the Education in Zion Gallery and grow a tree of gratitude or create folk drums while allowing your inner child to come out and play! Disclaimer: Researchers agree, taking short breaks and working with your hands may give your brain a rest, improve later studying, and enhance your understanding of the four aims of a BYU education. (Okay, this last one didn’t show up in an official study . . . yet!) Go to the top of the spiral staircase in the JFSB and follow the signs to the craft room. This craft takes about 20 minutes and all supplies are FREE. 4 to 8 pm. We can’t wait to see you here!
