Utah State University partnered with EdSights to launch a pilot program this past summer semester. "Big Blue," an SMS-based conversational AI chatbot designed to improve student retention and success, was launched this summer and continued into Fall for all undergraduates enrolled in classes in Logan. Heidi Kesler will share information about insights we have gathered from students sharing their direct experiences with Big Blue.
