USU Observatory Public Viewing Night

All are invited to Public Viewing Night at the USU Observatory on Friday, December 4, 2026, from 7-9 p.m. Admission is free, and all are welcome. The USU Observatory is located on the roof of the Science Engineering Research (SER) Building on the USU Logan campus. To reach the observatory, enter the first floor of the SER building and go to the freight elevator at that floor's northwest corner. Note: The observatory telescope is accessible only by stairs from the roof deck. IMPORTANT NOTE: Public Viewing Night will be cancelled in the event of cloudy or inclement weather.
